Dennis Bartlett

Dennis is a litigator with over 40 years of experience representing clients through every stage of civil and commercial litigation. He primarily focuses on matters involving fidelity and surety law issues, construction related disputes and litigation, agriculture, insurance litigation and creditors’ rights issues. Over the years, Dennis has obtained extensive experience successfully representing clients during mediation, arbitration, trial and through the appeals process. In addition to handling cases and appeals in all Colorado courts, Dennis has handled litigation matters across the Intermountain West and as far away as Saipan (Northern Mariana Islands).

Dennis also regularly provides general business representation and advises clients on business contracts and an array of common business legal matters and disputes.

He has an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble and he has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer from 2017 – 2023. He is a past Vice-Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Subcommittee of the ABA Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
