Mediation & Arbitration
Attorneys who practice Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall represent businesses, corporations, government entities and individuals involved in business disputes, employment matters, environmental disputes, and personal injury or property damage claims. ADR, which primarily encompasses arbitration and mediation, is designed to reduce risk and resolve conflicts outside of litigation, saving both sides significant time, money, and resources.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Services
Business disputes often involve relationships with landlords/tenants, employees, partners, suppliers, or vendors. The arbitration and mediation process can remove the inhibiting emotional barriers to conflict resolution, paving the way for a settlement. Mediation is a voluntary process that enables the parties to determine the conditions of their settlement. The arbitration process, which is often required by contract, employs a neutral third party who will reach a decision that is binding for each side. Our Attorneys are experienced in both arbitration and mediation processes.
Mediation and Arbitration services are available, but not limited to, disputes in the following areas:
- General business
- Commercial real estate
- Landlord/tenant
- Construction
- Securities
- Utilities
- Government
- Personal injury

The conference center in Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall’s Arizona office is equipped with the latest in digital audio, video, and internet technology to support the mediation and arbitration process.
