By bringing together lawyers who, first and foremost, value excellence and prioritize client service, Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall has a long history of serving clients across the Southwest. The firm’s roots trace back more than a century, when its core values of service, respect, and dedication to excellence were instituted.

Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod was established when Jennings Haug Cunningham, a nationally recognized construction, fidelity and surety firm founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1937, and Keleher & McLeod, one of New Mexico’s most prominent and respected commercial and civil trial firms which was founded in 1915, joined together to create a multijurisdictional law firm serving businesses and individuals in Arizona, New Mexico and throughout the Southwest.

Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod subsequently united with Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, a Tucson-based firm widely known for the exceptional estate planning, probate, and civil litigation services it had provided to clients across Arizona since 1969. In the process, the firm changed its name to Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall (JKW).

Most recently, JKW expanded its regional footprint in 2025, opening an office in Denver, Colorado and adding several veteran attorneys with experience in key areas of practice including employment law, construction law, fidelity and surety law, business law and litigation services. In the process, JKW has further broadened and strengthened the scope of services it can provide to its clients across the Southwest.

Today, JKW provides a wide range of transactional and litigation legal services to serve individuals, new and expanding enterprises, and established businesses and corporate entities with local, regional, and national concerns.
