Chad L. Schexnayder

Chad Schexnayder has more than 35 years of experience in commercial litigation, in both state and federal courts, including U.S. bankruptcy courts throughout the country. His trial and litigation experience includes complex business disputes, surety and fidelity, construction law, construction litigation, bankruptcy, real estate disputes, residential construction defects, and personal injury defense. Chad currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort & Insurance Practice Section.
