Ann Maloney Conway
Ann Conway represents clients in the areas of government relations and lobbying, fidelity and surety law, construction litigation, insurance law and insurance bad faith litigation, and mediation and arbitration.
She has represented clients in the New Mexico Legislature and before state and federal agencies for 35 years. Her lobbying clients include the largest property and casualty insurer in the United States, reinsurers, surety companies, utilities, trade associations, water rights owners, financial institutions, building contractors, and non-profits.
In her litigation practice, Ann has represented individuals, construction companies, financial institutions, insurance companies and trade associations in direct actions, class actions, and as Amicus Curie in trial and appellate courts. She also serves as a court-appointed and private mediator and arbitrator in civil and construction cases.
