Olivia L. Rafferty
Olivia is a litigator with the firm’s Phoenix office. She works with clients in various types of business litigation matters, including construction, surety and fidelity, securities, general business litigation, and bankruptcy. Olivia is involved in researching and assisting in litigation management, supporting client teams in cases involving insider trading; the fraudulent transfer of assets; drafting mechanics liens and reviewing arbitration clause requirements; reviewing internal regulations and policies; as well as various business litigation matters.
In 2024 Olivia joined JKW as a law clerk and became an associate attorney after graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law later that year. During law school Olivia was an editor for the Journal of Emerging Technologies. Additionally, she participated in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic assisting clients with filing patents and trademarks as well as the Education Advocacy Clinic, which assists students with disabilities. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences and minors in Spanish and Business.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys traveling, taking walks outdoors and dining at Italian restaurants.
