Jack R. Cunningham
Jack Cunningham’s practice includes both prosecution and defense of personal injury cases, all types of professional malpractice cases, litigation of insurance coverage and bad faith issues, general commercial litigation, as well as general trial and appellate work. In addition, he represents clients in uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, commission and wage disputes, real estate broker and agent litigation, as well as homeowner’s association litigation matters.
He graduated from the University of Arizona with highest distinction and earned his law degree from Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1977. Jack joined the firm in 1977.
