Edward Rubacha

Edward Rubacha represents clients in a wide range of construction and commercial litigation matters, including representing clients doing business with Indian tribes and tribal entities on and off the reservation. His trial and litigation experience includes matters specific to the construction and surety industries and general commercial business disputes.

Edward joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1996.

Edward graduated from Purdue University (B.S. 1978) and Arizona State University (M.B.A. 1981 and J.D. 1987).

Edward has earned the AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale Hubbell®.
