Deron B. Knoner

Deron Knoner represents individuals, corporations, and professional practice groups in commercial transactions, including banking and finance, corporate formation and governance, as well as real estate acquisition and development. He also has experience in bankruptcy law and fidelity and surety matters. Deron regularly represents clients before state and federal courts of appeals, in the licensing of intellectual property, as both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, and before the New Mexico Horse Racing Commission, Gaming Commission, and the Public Regulation Commission.

Deron served as the managing partner of Keleher & McLeod from 2018-2021. He currently serves as the managing partner of Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall New Mexico office.
