Tyler H. Schwenke
Tyler represents both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance defense, and medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining JKW, Tyler handled criminal and civil law matters for clients and has achieved numerous favorable results in felony, misdemeanor, and civil cases.
Tyler’s educational background provides him with a unique perspective and approach to the cases in which he is involved. Prior to attending the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a minor in Philosophy.
While attending law school, Tyler was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Trial Team. He also participated in internal school competitions, placing first and second in two closing argument competitions. Tyler’s training and performance earned him a spot in the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society limited to individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Tyler continued the development of his litigation skills, receiving certification from the Arizona State Bar College of Trial Advocacy in 2023. He has also been teaching trial advocacy skills as a Head Coach of the Sun Devil Mock Trial Team at Arizona State University since 2016.
Tyler has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the Southwest Regional for 2023 and 2024.
