Travis Ivy
Travis provides both transactional and litigation legal services, advising clients in their business and corporate law needs, real estate law, construction law and litigation matters as well as civil and commercial litigation issues. He joined the firm in July 2022 after completing a two-year clerkship at the Arizona Court of Appeals for the Honorable Paul J. McMurdie.
Originally hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Travis attended Oberlin College in Ohio and graduated with a degree in economics. At the University of Arizona College of Law, he earned a Transactional Business Law Certificate and served as a note editor at the Arizona Law Review. While in law school, he also was an extern at the U.S. District Court of Arizona for the Honorable Susan R. Bolton and volunteered at the Pio Decimo Center’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
Since 2023, Travis has served as a District 3 Representative for the State Bar of Arizona’s Young Lawyers Division and the State Bar Representative with the Pima County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. In May 2024, he was named Secretary of the Pima County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
In his free time, Travis enjoys trying new recipes, (very) amateur birdwatching, and hiking.

Representative Engagements / Cases
- $100,000 settlement for client whose storage barn collapsed, and its inventory was damaged due to defective construction design.
- 5-year “Grower Agreement” between a medical marijuana cultivation management company and a subcontractor to grow and manage a particular facility.
- Engaged in pretrial and appellate litigation.
- Involvement in assignments pertaining to operating agreements, entity formation, and corporate minutes.

- Co-Presenter “Commercial Leases in 2023: New(ish) Industries and New(er) Challenges” AZCLE OnDemand (Original Program date: May/2023) Provided an overview of drafting commercial leases with emphasis on drafting enforceable remedies, close examinations of recently burgeoning industries, and challenges for a post-pandemic commercial lease environment.
