Jennifer C. Bommarito

Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing businesses, corporations, and individuals in their environmental, commercial real estate, and employment law matters.

She has been involved in both litigation and transactional matters in these areas, assisting with research into indemnification related issues, allocation of fault, priority lien determinations, securities status, updating employee handbooks, and working on a variety of insurance defense and various business law matters in Arizona.

Prior to joining JHKM, Jennifer obtained experience with the Orange County, California District Attorney’s Office Consumer and Environmental Protection Unit. She also participated in an externship with the Business and Licensing Unit of the Colorado Attorney General’s office.

In 2024 Jennifer joined JHKM as a law clerk and became an associate attorney after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School later that year. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2020 with a bachelor’s in environmental studies.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys golfing, painting and being a dog mom.
