Jane R. Elliott

Jane’s legal practice focuses on litigation, including civil litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation and business law and litigation.  She represents businesses and individuals with commercial litigation and civil litigation needs.

Born and raised on Long Island, Jane attended State University of New York at Stony Brook and graduated with a degree in sociology. She relocated to New Mexico to attend the University of New Mexico School of Law and pursue her legal career. In 2018 Jane earned her law degree and began work at an insurance defense firm where she represented businesses and individuals. In 2022 Jane went to work for a boutique firm and represented plaintiffs in matters that included premises liability, personal injury, trucking cases, and wrongful termination. In 2025 Jane joined the New Mexico office of JKW as an associate attorney.
