Brian J. Haverly

Brian Haverly’s practice is focused on representing public utilities and businesses involved in the energy sector before administrative agencies. He has extensive experience handling complex matters before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, including successfully obtaining approvals for the acquisitions of public utilities in New Mexico. Brian also advises entities involved in the renewable electric generation on regulatory requirements in New Mexico. He has represented clients in all phases of litigation, including jury trial and appeals.
