The Albuquerque Business First Names JHKM’s New Mexico Office as a 2023 Best Places to Work

ALBUQUERQUE — Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod (JHKM) is pleased to announce that the firm’s New Mexico office was ranked as a 2023 Best Places to Work by the Albuquerque Business First.

The publication ranks employers with ten or more employees annually based upon the survey results of employees in areas that included: culture, benefits, leadership, professional development and pay. JHKM earned top a ranking as a medium-size firm in Albuquerque, receiving the following comments from our employees:

I love the culture of working here. They have always cared about their employees and allow flexibility. We are allowed to work remotely one day a week and it is so appreciated. I strongly believe the pay is consistent with the job market,” a JHKM employee.

The firm’s management has taken advantage of the past several years of transitions to intentionally work through many issues that affect the firm’s culture, compensation, and organizational future, and I believe those efforts have strengthened the firm and better positioned it for future growth,” a JHKM employee.

Albuquerque Business First’s survey partner, Quantum Workplace, conducted and compiled the survey results. Each participating company that met the minimum response rate received a numerical score based on the results of the employee survey, with the top scorers being named honorees.
