PHOENIX (September 16, 2024) — Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall (JKW) is pleased to announce that Lauren Swol has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a litigation attorney. Lauren, who is admitted to practice in Arizona and New Mexico, represents both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, civil litigation and insurance defense cases.
Prior to joining JKW, Lauren practiced at a law firm specializing in fire and explosion litigation, where she represented a variety of product manufacturers, insurance companies, and Fortune 500 companies before the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Lauren was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of science from Northern Arizona University and received her juris doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, she served as a Writing Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program and as the Senior Note Editor of the Arizona Law Review.
