Business Litigator Vikrama “Vika” Chandrashekar joins the Denver office of Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall
DENVER (June 9, 2026) – Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall LLP (JKW) announced that Vikrama “Vika” Chandrashekar has joined the firm’s Denver office as a litigation partner in its business law and litigation practice.
An experienced trial attorney, Vika’s law practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in their civil and commercial disputes in Colorado, advising them through each stage of litigation, including trial, arbitration hearings, and appeals. His practice at JKW will involve counseling clients on common and complex business legal matters, including breach of contract litigation and business torts; internal business disputes, such as shareholder/member litigation, derivative litigation, and corporate governance issues; creditors’ rights, including foreclosures, collections, insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy, and workouts; property and real estate issues, such as landlord/tenant disputes, zoning challenges, and land use litigation; regulatory actions, including liquor and other business licenses; and cases involving municipal entities, including vindication of individual and business rights.
Over the years he has represented clients in several industries central to Colorado’s economy, including commercial and residential real estate, lending and financial institutions, cannabis, hospitality, food and beverage, and construction, in civil and commercial disputes.
Vika earned his law degree from the University of Colorado Wolf School of Law in 2015 and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. He is a Past President of the South Asian Bar Association and has received professional recognition as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers® in America’s Ones to Watch.
