ALBUQUERQUE (March 12, 2025)—Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall (JKW) is pleased to announce that Jane Elliott has joined the firm’s Albuquerque office. Jane is a litigator whose practice focuses on civil litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation and business law and litigation. She represents businesses and individuals with commercial litigation and civil litigation needs.
Prior to joining JKW, Jane worked at an insurance defense law firm located in New Mexico followed by a term working with a boutique law firm where she represented plaintiffs in matters that included premises liability, personal injury, trucking cases, and wrongful termination. Jane grew up on Long Island and graduated from State University of New York at Stony Brook with a degree in sociology. She relocated to New Mexico to attend the University of New Mexico School of Law and pursue her legal career, earning her law degree in 2018.
JKW’s Albuquerque office has nearly 20 attorneys practicing in virtually all areas of the law. The office was established in 1915 as Keleher and McLeod and has become known for providing exceptional legal services to clients throughout the state and region in virtually every area of legal practice.
