By bringing together lawyers who, first and foremost, value excellence and prioritize client service, Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall has a long history of serving clients across the Southwest.

Uniting the two well-established law firms of Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod, a highly regarded multijurisdictional litigation and business law firm, with Tucson-based Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, a leading Southern Arizona law firm, established Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall in 2024.

The firm’s Southwestern roots trace back more than a century, when its core values of service, respect, and dedication to excellence were instituted.

Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod was established when Jennings Haug Cunningham, a nationally recognized construction, fidelity and surety firm founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1937, joined with Keleher & McLeod, one of New Mexico’s most prominent and respected commercial and civil trial firms which was founded in 1915. Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod became a multijurisdictional law firm serving businesses and individuals in Arizona, New Mexico and throughout the southwest.

Combining Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod with Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, which was founded in Tucson, Arizona in 1969, created what is now Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall (JKW).

Today, JKW provides a wide range of transactional and litigation legal services to serve individuals, new and expanding enterprises as well as businesses and corporate entities with local, regional, and national concerns.
