Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing businesses, corporations, and individuals in their environmental, commercial litigation, and employment law matters.
She has been involved in both litigation and transactional matters in these areas, assisting with research into indemnification related issues, priority lien determinations, securities status, updating employee handbooks, and working on a variety of insurance defense and various business law matters in Arizona.
Prior to joining JKW, Jennifer obtained experience with the Orange County, California District Attorney’s Office Consumer and Environmental Protection Unit. She also participated in an externship with the Business and Licensing Unit of the Colorado Attorney General’s office. While in law school, Jennifer served as Lead Notes Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and was an active member of the Environmental Law Society.
Jennifer joined JKW as a law clerk in 2023 and became an associate attorney after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School the following year. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2020 with a bachelor’s in environmental studies.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys golfing, painting, and being a dog mom.
