Adam C. Schexnayder
Adam’s practice areas include civil and commercial litigation, advising clients on their business and corporate needs as well as disputes.
An Arizona native, Adam attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where, in 2018, he graduated with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. He attended the University of Missouri Law School, where he served as an Associate Managing Editor with the Missouri Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam participated in the Mizzou Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic where he gained experience assisting business clients with entity formation, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as trademark preparation and filing. During law school, Adam worked as a legal intern with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office for a term, and also served as a volunteer legal intern for the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys camping, archery, reading, and chess.

Representative Engagements
- Secured jury verdict of $3.06M in a commercial real estate dispute on behalf of a landlord whereby a tenant had caused extensive damage to a commercial building. The trial was held in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in March 2025.
